Monthly Membership

📄 About this Agreement

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is legally binding between you (“the Member”) and LATIN GROOVE (“we,” “us,” or “the Studio”). By signing up, you agree to all terms outlined below. This contract is subject to the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

🕒 Term & Renewal

This is a monthly membership that auto-renews every month at the initial rate. It has a minimum 4-month commitment.

💳 Payment Terms

• You authorize LATIN GROOVE to automatically charge your credit card monthly, including applicable taxes (14.975%).
• We do not offer refunds or discounts due to non-usage of the Studio.

🚫 Suspension Policy

⚠️ Due to its special reduced rate, the “COUNTDOWN” promo cannot be suspended or paused.

You may request cancellation after four months. If you rejoin later, your new membership will be at the current regular price. The COUNTDOWN rate cannot be reactivated.

📆 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel any time after 4 months by completing a cancellation form in person or by email.
• At least 2 weeks’ notice required. A $50+tax quick cancellation fee applies for less notice.
• No verbal cancellations. Always retain a copy of your cancellation request.

💥 Failed Payments

A $10 fee applies to dishonoured payments. Your card must remain valid for billing. Credit card info is securely stored with Mindbody Online.

🔑 Key Tag & Access

• You’ll receive a personal membership key tag required for access.
• Non-transferable — misuse may result in cancellation without refund.
• Lost/damaged: $20 replacement fee.
• Unreturned upon cancellation: $20 fee.

📌 General Policies

• All memberships, schedules, services, and fees are subject to change.
• LATIN GROOVE reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership for policy violations.

⚖️ Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws.
