📄 About This Agreement

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“the Member”) and LATIN GROOVE (“we,” “us,” or “the Studio”).
By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Agreement is governed by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

🕒 Term and Renewal

This membership is monthly and automatically renews at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

A minimum commitment of 4 months applies to this offer.

💳 Payment Terms

Monthly fees are charged automatically to the credit card provided, including applicable taxes (14.975%).

Amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of non-use.

🚫 Suspension

Due to its promotional pricing, the COUNTDOWN membership cannot be paused or suspended.

📆 Cancellation

You may request cancellation after the initial 4-month commitment.

A minimum 2-week written notice is required.
If insufficient notice is provided, an administrative fee of $50 + tax may apply.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either by email or in person.
Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted.

💥 Failed Payments

A $10 administrative fee applies to any declined or failed payment.
The credit card on file must remain valid for ongoing billing.

Payment information is processed securely through Mindbody Online.

🔑 Key Tag and Access

A personal key tag is required to access the studio.

• Non-transferable

• Replacement fee (lost or damaged): $20

• Not returned upon cancellation: $20

Improper use may result in suspension of access.

📌 General Policies

Schedules, services, and fees may be adjusted to ensure smooth studio operations.

Failure to comply with studio policies may result in suspension of access.

⚖️ Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws.
