Access, payments, and validity

Access packages are valid for use at any time. There is no fixed start date or mandatory session start.
For the best learning experience, we recommend starting as close as possible to the beginning of a cycle; however, you may begin at any time.

Packages and access passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-suspendable once activated, unless otherwise clearly stated in writing on your invoice or in the specific offer description. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing all relevant details related to your package or membership.

Membership activation

Monthly and annual memberships require the signing of a membership agreement prior to use.
To activate your membership, please visit the reception desk to:

• complete the signature process, and

• receive your personal barcode tag, which is required to access classes.

Studio Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, clean indoor dance shoes or a dedicated pair of indoor shoes are mandatory.
Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited on all dance floors at all times.
